Zach served for three years on the Undergraduate Student Government at the University of Denver. He held roles on the Living, Safety, and Well-Being Committee and as the Chair of the Finance Committee. Zach was the undergraduate representative on the University Budget Advisory Council (UBAC) for one year. 

Zach Served one year as the Student Body Vice President.  

Zach has participated twice in the Daniels Fund Teaching Ethics conference in Santa Fe, NM, and is proud to serve as a continuing volunteer leader for the University of Denver Ethics Boot Camp, a program aimed at increasing awareness of ethics education in business and higher education. 

Zach participated in the founding class of the DU Healthy Masculinities Workshop, and has since worked as a volunteer peer edcuator for the CAMP initiative. Zach's efforts help grow the discussion of the meaning of masculinity among groups and on campus, and the CAMP initiative has become a hallmark effort of DU's Health Promotion efforts. Zach hopes to integrate healthy masculinity into future research and his study of human decision making.  

Zach is the 3rd founding member in the Delta Upsilon Provisional Chapter's re-chartering efforts. Zach served as the founding treasurer and vice president of the provisional chapter.
